Vendors, welcome to Circle R Arena’s official payment page. This is where you can reserve your space for upcoming events, races, and markets hosted at our Reisterstown, Maryland arena. Circle R events draw a family-friendly crowd with a strong local following, making it the perfect place to showcase your small business, handmade goods, Western gear, or food truck favorites.
Please select your booth option below and complete your payment to confirm your spot. Spaces are limited and fill quickly. Once your payment is received, your vendor registration will be finalized and you’ll receive a confirmation email with setup details before the event.

10x10 Booth Space – $40
10x12 Booth Space – $60
12x12 Booth Space - $80
Outdoor Space - $25
Food Truck Space – $100
Electric Access Add-On – $10

Important Information:
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
All setups must be completed before the start of the event.
Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and displays.
Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Circle R Arena.
